KUARIO MFP Kiosk

Self-service printing, copying, and scanning

The KUARIO MFP Kiosk turns multifunction printers into simple self-service print stations. Users can print, copy, scan, and pay directly at the device through a clear interface designed for shared environments, without needing to set up an account, purchase credit, or download an app.

Libraries, universities, offices, and public service locations can offer reliable printing services while significantly reducing the time staff spend helping users print.

Simple self-service printing for everyone

Deploying multifunctional printers in public environments can be complex. Users expect fast access, simple payment, and reliable printing without complicated registration or account systems.

KUARIO MFP Kiosk simplifies the process. Users select their print, copy, or scan job directly at the device, review the job, and complete payment before release.

This self-service workflow reduces staff involvement by up to 75%*, while keeping printing accessible for both regular users and visitors.

*Customers report a 75% reduction in staff time spent helping users print after introducing KUARIO self-service printing.

Print, pay, and collect

KUARIO MFP Kiosk provides a complete self-service workflow directly on the multifunction printer.

Users can:

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD): Print documents from laptops, mobile devices, or cloud storage

Copy documents in colour or black and white

Scan documents to email or cloud storage

Pay for print, copy, or scan jobs before processing

Global printing with the KUARIO Global Print Driver

The KUARIO Global Print Driver allows users to print from their own device and collect their documents at any KUARIO-enabled printer.

Instead of selecting a specific printer, print jobs are sent to a secure global queue and released at the device.

This enables flexible printing across libraries, campuses, and other shared environments.

Users can:

•  Print from personal laptops or workstations using supported operating systems including Windows (WPP), macOS, Linux, and Google Chrome

•  Send documents to a secure global print queue

•  Release jobs at any KUARIO-enabled MFP

•  Use follow-you printing for privacy and security

Part of the KUARIO platform

The MFP Kiosk operates within the KUARIO platform alongside the HybridPay Terminal, KUARIO App, and Management Dashboard.

Payments are handled at the device through the HybridPay Terminal, while operators manage pricing, services, and reporting centrally through the Management Dashboard.

This ensures a consistent experience for users while keeping operations simple for operators.
