KUARIO transfer function update
We recently found out that the KUARIO mobile app and portal regarding the “Transfer” function, in its current form, no longer fully complied with the latest European laws and regulations. European legislation and regulations are dynamic and constantly changing conditions can be imposed, forcing parties to take measures to remain in agreement. In order to stay within current European laws and regulations, we have therefore published an update of the KUARIO mobile app in which this function has been temporarily disabled worldwide. We are working on an alternative solution and will inform you as soon as it becomes available.
We realize that this change may be inconvenient for our users and merchants. That is why we have temporarily adjusted our refund policy until we have the new alternative function available.
In the meantime, we are working very hard on an alternative to the “Transfer” function in the wallet and we expect to inform you about this soon.
