The KUARIO MFP Kiosk app offers a revolutionary new way of mobile printing. KUARIO turns the smartphone into an intelligent hub by scanning a QR code on the MFP display. All documents available on the phone or any cloud storage (Office 365, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud etc.) can be printed directly at the MFP. Mobile printing was never made so easy.
With the KUARIO MFP Kiosk application it is possible to fully manage & monitor MFP’s, set products and pricing & check sales made at the MFP via one single dashboard in the cloud.
Users can pay via the free KUARIO Mobile app on their smartphone, available for Android & iOS. The KUARIO Mobile app is specifically developed to tailor fast & easy cashless payments at unattended machines like MFP’s, Vending & Coffee machines or E-POS. The mobile app gives users full insight and control over transactions & expenses. The KUARIO mobile app also supports mobile printing. You can upload your documents and have them printed at KUARIO enabled MFP’s. At KUARIO we have also developed a range of Pay Terminals for MFP’s to enable payments with cash, coins only, and/or contactless debit & credit cards.
With the KUARIO MFP Kiosk application you can easily print, copy and scan without the intervention of a system administrator or cashier. The application is an embedded software application that is installed on a multifunction printer and adapts the user interface of this multifunction printer to a web store where you can easily order and pay for printing, copying and scanning services. The application communicates directly with the KUARIO cloud platform, where various services are offered, such as cloud printing, cloud scanning and payments
Documents and photos can be printed in various ways with the multifunction printer. This can be done, for example, via a computer or a smart device and the print job can be retrieved from any multifunctional printer. This is also known as pull print or follow you print. The print job follows the user to the multifunction printer where the user is standing.
Copying documents is a piece of cake! With the latest technologies and devices you can easily and quickly copy documents in color or black and white, single-sided or double-sided. You can easily enter the number of copies and the copy job will be placed in a shopping cart and paid for. After payment, the copy order will be printed.
KUARIO platform has an integrated scanning solution with which documents can be scanned and delivered digitally. The user can choose the desired file format in which the scan job is delivered digitally, such as a photo file, a PDF file or a searchable PDF (OCR). Via the display on the multifunction printer, the user is given various choices as to how the scan should be delivered, scan2mail, scan2me or scan2cloud. With scan2me and scan2cloud, the user must have a KUARIO account with which the user can log in to the application and the scan can be delivered correctly. Via the KUARIO account you activate the cloud storage, OneDrive and Google drive, once and every scan is delivered in the selected cloud storage. The scan job is placed in a shopping cart and settled. After payment, the scan order will be emailed.
With the KUARIO MFP Kiosk app you must first pay for the order placed in the shopping cart before it is delivered, this is identical for every web store. Every order, print, copy or scan must be paid for before it is delivered. The KUARIO MFP Kiosk is basically suitable for digital payments via the KUARIO Wallet. This is available online or via the KUARIO mobile app. Additionally, various other digital direct payment methods can also be activated, such as iDeal, PayPal, Twint, so that users without a KUARIO account can also pay directly. Depending on the country, the digital direct payment methods may differ. Optionally, a KUARIO Payment Terminal can be placed next to the multifunctional printer for coin payment or contactless payment via debit or credit card. This means that everyone, even without a KUARIO account, can use the solution and pay.
